I chose the combination Birthday, Bling, & Punch.

I was flipping through papers I just bought and found that I hadn't noticed the die cuts on the back side of a 12x12 sheet 'oh my'.  Love this one.

 

 

I used the Snippets sheet.  A punched heart covered with glitter glue.  Stamped celebrate.  Added the Foam AC Thicker.  Stamped and white embossed the glasses from Studio G $1 stamp set.  added stitching around black space and white space.  Oh and can't forget the sequins!  Lovely fun card, right?

I cut it close this time... whew! 

 

 

I used a peachy orange acrylic paint to do the letters & splatter.  The pic shows it to be more orange.  Thats A-okay I guess.

White embossed 'you are simply the best'. 

 

lightly went over the center heart with teal ink. 

All done. :-)

My paint blobs wouldn't act right, but I love the look I ended up with.

Simple and quick.  Great mass producible card.

 I wanted to add another element to the card while still keeping it one dimensional. So, I just punched a heart toward the bottom & backed it with more of that diagonal striped washi.

Lovely spring day here in metro Detroit.  I got home & said to myself, I have to make a card for this sketch. So, my daughter & I got in the lab & got to making a mess really. Lol. 

I wanna state that I have no embossing/die cutting machine, but I kept thinking to myself, maybe I can get a decent impression anyway.  Gotta be able to... Well, I bought Tim Holtz bubble/honeycomb embossing folders last week, used a rolling pin, & got an ok impression. Lol. It'll do til I can get what I want. I love the way it looks anyway.

So, I used the bubble folder...Heidi Swapp Color Magic Stars & die cut...

Hiya.  I've been sitting here watching A-team with my brother on fx (so it's been on for hours), trying to post this post... shame really. This set was created for an old classmate, who saw some of my cards on FB. I advertise there sometimes.  Lol. Anyway, the specs were: I love you & Thinking of you, teal black & silver.  I really adore both cards. My favorite though, is the "I love you" card. No reason why.

I'm a bit tired to explain & list supplies... my blog is small. These things don't matter yet. lol.  Maybe later.

Hi all. I'm posting for 2 challenges tonight. CFC98 & craft dash challenge #15.  I thought the combination of pink, teal, navy... & glitter would be too cute. & I was right. love this card.  I had to take a bunch of photos to get the right angles to notice the glitter, cuz my camera sucks.
